Sulphur (in the form of Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) has been used therapeutically for centuries for various problems and conditions. For example, people with allergies benefit from it (e.g., hay fever) and it is used to relieve pain for rheumatic complaints.

MSM inhibits inflammation in the body, provides flexible muscles and joints and is good for skin, hair and nails. Furthermore, MSM is known as a natural pain reliever.
Dosage and use For optimal results add to a bath or foot bath with Zechsal bath crystals. Use 10 grams for a foot bath (approx. 4 litres of warm water) and in a bath approx. 50 grams of MSM crystal powder.
Oral use is also possible: mix 2 to 4 grams of MSM with water. Tip: build up use slowly to the desired level!

Voor optimaal resultaat voeg toe aan een bad of voetenbad met Zechsal badkristallen. Gebruik voor een voetenbad 10 gram (op c.a. 4 liter wam water) en in een ligbad ca. 50 gram MSM kristalpoeder. Oraal gebruik is ook mogelijk: meng 2 tot 4 gram MSM kristaalpoeder.
