Magnesium citrate is an organic form of magnesium and is the form most often taken orally. It is easily absorbed by most people. Zechsal supplies a so-called ‘anhydrous’ form, which dissolves more readily than most other forms of citrate.
Magnesium citrate is ideal for the improvement of muscle and joint performance and for recovery after strain. High doses pose a risk of gastrointestinal problems.
Research has demonstrated higher values in the body tissue of people who use magnesium citrate. It is therefore perfect for use by athletes.
Effects of magnesium citrate: relief of muscular pain, strengthened bones, joints and teeth, supports energy levels when fatigued.
