These products contain 100% natural magnesium, as produced in the body, and with the highest possible concentration. The application to the skin guarantees an optimum uptake of magnesium throughout the entire body.
Use & dosage (adults)
1. Use the magnesium crystals in a foot spa twice a week, preferably in the evenings before you go to bed. Dosage: 125 g crystals per 4 l of warm water. Duration: approximately 20 minutes.
2. On the other days, use 15 to 20 magnesium oil sprays per day. Ideal absorption areas are the abdomen, the underarms and the feet. Optimum absorption will take place when the skin is warm (e.g. after showering, sport or exercise). Allow at least 15 minutes for absorption and rinse if desired.
Tip:if the oil gives you a burning feeling on the skin this can cause no harm. You can try other spots, or dilute the oil with water (1 to 1 ).
After three weeks of use, you will be able to tell whether your magnesium balance has improved and whether your problems are less severe.
